1. General

All orders are subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts, occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item is out of stock, we will:

  • Fulfill the available items immediately
  • Contact you to confirm whether you prefer to wait for the restocked item or receive a refund

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and destination. Shipping fees are collected at the time of purchase and are final.

3. Returns

3.1 Change of Mind

Rohman Hardware accepts returns due to change of mind if requested within 30 days of receipt. Items must be:

  • In original packaging
  • Unused and resellable

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued as Rohman Hardware store credit, not including original shipping costs.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Warranty claims are valid if submitted within 90 days of receipt. Customers pay return shipping initially but will be reimbursed if the claim is approved.

Upon receipt, warranty claims are processed within 7 days, with options:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund as Rohman Hardware store credit
  • Replacement item (subject to stock availability)

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Transit Time

  • Handling: 1–3 business days
  • Economy: 5–8 business days (free)
  • Standard: 3–4 business days (£15)

4.2 International Transit

We do not currently offer international shipping.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

Delivery addresses can be updated before dispatch.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

P.O. Box deliveries are via postal services only; courier delivery is unavailable.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

Shipping to military addresses is available via USPS only; courier delivery is unavailable.

4.7 Out-of-Stock Items

Available items will be dispatched immediately; backordered items will be sent once restocked.

4.8 Delayed Delivery

If delivery exceeds the expected time, contact our customer service for investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

Customers receive a tracking link upon dispatch to monitor shipment progress.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

  • If a parcel is damaged, reject it from the courier if possible and contact customer service.
  • If already delivered, contact customer service for next steps.

7. Duties & Taxes

Sales tax is included in the displayed prices.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

International shipments may incur import duties or taxes, which the customer is responsible for. Refusal to pay may result in return at the customer’s expense; refunds exclude return shipping costs and original shipping fees.

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once dispatched, refer to our refund policy.

9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the courier-stated value.

9.1 Damaged Parcels

Refunds or replacements are processed once the courier completes their investigation.

9.2 Lost Parcels

Refunds or replacements are processed once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
