Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it
  • Be unworn or unused
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging

You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Important: Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items (special orders)
  • Personal care products (beauty, hygiene items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Return the item you currently have
  2. Once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
